Three U.S. Air Force sergeants are being charged for safety violations that led to the death of an Eglin Air Force Base airman.
Senior Airman James “Jimmy” Hansen, 25, was killed during an ordnance disposal explosion in Iraq last year.
Investigations found that the explosion was three times the maximum size allowed on the disposal range.
