CO of NAS Oceana clocks 4,000 hours in F/A-18
Capt. Jim Webb, commanding officer of Oceana Naval Air Station, joined 18 other F/A-18 pilots who have clocked more than 4,000 hours on the type during a routine flight as an instructor this month.

Japan easing its ban on arms exports
Japan plans to relax its ban on arms exports in order for the country to join other nations in developing weapons. The decision is expected to be announced as early as Dec. 27.
