Defective G-suit cause of Nellis F-16C crash?

A lawyer for G-suit manufacturer Derm/Buro Inc. said Thursday that it is possible that a USAF F-16 pilot lost consciousnesses and crashed at the Nellis training range due to a defective suit.

Steven Karalekas said the investigators failed to look into the possibility that Ziegler’s G-suit had failed.

Back in 2009, Derm/Buro found that the bladders are failing during destructive endurance testing as the suit fibers have been changed by the Defense Logistics Agency.

It is not known if the pilot was wearing such a defective suit at that time.
