Textron demands EA remove helicopters from Battlefield 3
The parent company of Bell Helicopter, Textron, has asked Electronic Arts to remove three Bell aircraft in Battlefield 3. EA then decided to launch a pre-emptive lawsuit against Textron citing a First Amendment right.

Paris to order A330 MRTT next year
France plans to place an order in 2013 for the Airbus A330 refueling tanker and the planes will be delivered in 2017.
