Michael Gilmore, director of the office of test and evaluation for the Pentagon, sharply criticized the USAF’s plan to certify the Boeing KC-46A.
Gilmore said the USAF has allocated 750 hours for the operational test program when it should set aside 1,250 hours of flight tests.
