Japan’s Defense Ministry have suspended Mitsubishi Electric Corp. from bidding for contracts after it was found that the company had overcharged the Defense Ministry for designing the Type 03 medium-range surface-to-air missile.
The company was found to have inflated the number of workers and days required for the production of the missiles.
