SOUTHCOM lacks boats, planes to intercept drug shipments

Gen. Douglas Fraser, head of the U.S. Southern Command, told reporters that his command and countries in Latin America lacked the boats and planes to intercept drug shipments.

Drug flights from South America lands in Latin America and those countries’ air forces do not have the planes to intercept them.
