Computers at BAE Systems have been hacked by Chinese hackers and data on the F-35 were stolen. The incident came to light three years ago.
An anonymous U.S. official said BAE Systems element of the JSF program was compromised but the hackers had only managed to steal data on some aspects of the plane.
