The U.S. Air Force is trying to trace the origins of the G-suit worn by a F-16 pilot that crashed after he went into G-LOC.
Investigators are trying to determine if the suit he was wearing was manufacture after 2003. That year, the fabric specifications for the suit was changed. Since then, some suits had failed during high-pressure endurance tests.
