The British government is looking at a staggering bill of £1.8 billion to convert HMS Prince of Wales with catapults and arrestor gears.
The new estimate has trebled from the initial £500 million estimate and Defense Secretary Philip Hammond believes there is not enough money to carry out the conversion.
