Iraqi insurgents destroyed 4 Apaches using photos downloaded from Internet

Four AH-64s that arrived in Iraq in 2007 were destroyed by a mortar attack after soldiers took their pictures and uploaded them on the Internet. Insurgents were able to extract the geo-tags from the photos and determine the exact location of the Apaches.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov a deal to allow the U.S. to use a Russian air base in the city of Ulyanovsk on the Volga River would soon be considered by the Russian Cabinet.

The U.S. Air Force has modified and deployed a new Emergency Oxygen System handle for the F-22. Approximately 200 handles have been delivered and have already been fielded at the 3rd Wing at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska.
