Any UAV heavier than 55 pounds can only be flown by officers and enlisted sailors with flying experience, the U.S. Navy has decided.
More complex and heavier aircraft will be flown by naval aviators and flight officers while enlisted sailors are expected to be given the tak of handling smaller, low flying aircraft.
