HASC gives funds to keep RQ-4 Block 30 flying

The U.S. House Armed Services Committee has ordered the U.S. Air Force to continue operating the RQ-4 Block 30 by allocating $260 million to fund their operations.

132nd Fighter Wing back from Afghanistan

Iowa Air National Guard’s 132nd Fighter Wing has returned home from its deployment to Afghanistan on Monday. This could be the unit’s last F-16 deployment as the Pentagon plans to retire the wing’s F-16s.

India orders fresh probe into AW101 deal

India’s Defense Minister A K Antony has asked for a fresh report on the purchase of 12 AW101 VVIP helicopters for the Indian Air Force after allegations emerged that a Switzerland-based consultant was paid to facilitate the deal.
