Two Taiwanese nationals, a man and a woman, has been charged in court for trying to buy U.S. military technology for Beijing.
Hui Sheng Shen, nicknamed “Charlie,” and Huan Ling Chang, also known as “Alice,” told undercover agents that they wished to buy a Raven RQ-11B, stealth technology and a “big toy” which is a E-2C.
