Three Antonov An-124-100 transport aircraft that were modernized by Ulyanovsk Aviastar factory has been delivered to the Russian Air Force.
Another four are being upgraded there. Air Force spokesman Col. Vladimir Drik said there are plans to upgrade another ten aircraft.
