Taiwan’s Liberty Times said the military has completed deployment of the Hsiung Feng IIE land-attack cruise missile.
The next step is to develop a ship-launch variant, however the military had spend $1.02 billion developing the ground-launched version and may lack enough funding to pursue a ship-launch version.
