First four Japanese F-35 each to cost 300 million yen more

Instead of 9.9 billion yen for each of the first four Japanese F-35, Tokyo has agreed to a new price of 10.2 billion yen per plane.

The price hike is due to Washington’s decision to delay production of 179 aircraft in the next five years.
