Lockheed Martin has turned down South Korea’s request to evaluate the F-35 using a chase plane, it also has not respond to a proposal to monitor performance using telemetry.
This has let to a threat by the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) chief to bar the F-35 from the competition.
