USAF Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz made his last flight as an active duty officer at Hurlburt Field, Florida on Jul. 12 whilst flying a MC-130E Combat Talon I.

The aircraft he flew, #64-0568, is scheduled for retirement as well. Schwartz had flown the aircraft on a mission in 1982.
