Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that U.S. officials told Israel that Saudi Arabia has warned that it will intercept Israeli fighters that enter its airspace en route to an attack on Iran.
Some Israeli officials firmly believe the threat is part of Washington’s plan to thwart a unilateral Israeli strike and the White House can convince Saudi Arabia to open a route if Tel Aviv coordinates the military strike with Washington.
