Germany confiscates military engines for Algeria and India

German magazine Spiegel reported that two shipments of military engines from Russia to Algeria and India have been confiscated.

Four Kuznetsov NK-12 engines for India’s Tu-142 were stopped at Hahn airport and a shipment of MiG-29 engines for Algeria were stopped at Leipzig airport.

German customs say these engines lack the required permits.
