Northrop Grumman has tested a new Scalable Agile Beam Radar (SABR) using an antenna from the APG-81 on May 9.
The company says combining the receiver, exciter and processors of the SABR with the APG-81 will give customers the power and performance of the APG-81 at much lower cost.
