The U.S. Air Force and United Launch Alliance have both agreed to delay the next X-37B, OTV-3, after an engine glitch occured during an Oct. 5 launch of a Delta 4 rocket.
Although the X-37B will be launched using a Atlas 5 rocket, both sides agreed to delay the launch to mid-November.
