Boeing and the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory recently tested the Counter-electronics High-powered Microwave Advanced Missile Project (CHAMP) missile at the Utah Test and Training Range.
The missile knocks out the target’s data and electronic subsystems with bursts of high-powered energy.
