South Korea’s plan to acquire the AGM-158 JASSM for its F-15K has hit a snag after officials claim that the missile cannot be fitted on the left side of the aircraft.
According to Korea Times, the missile can only be carried under the right wing as the missile’s upper fin only folds to the left side. To carry on both wing pylons, either F-15K’s pylon or the JASSM’s upper fin have to be modified.
