A Czech L-159 crashed on Nov. 22 at 5.24 p.m. west of Kolin, 50 km east of Prague. The pilot died in the crash.

Asahi reported on Friday that U.S. spy satellites have found evidence indicating North Korea could be preparing to test a long-range ballistic missile as early as this month.

GAO: Better cost estimates needed for selected F-16s and F/A-18s

A new study by the GAO found that the U.S. Air Force and Navy are not following the “best practices to enhance the credibility of the cost estimates for the F-16 and F/A-18 upgrades and life extensions.”
