U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build complex at Israeli airbase

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is to build a five-story underground facility at an Israeli Air Force base near Tel Aviv.

The complex, named “Site 911,” will take more than two years to build, at a cost of up to $100 million.
