USAF years away from deploying CV-22 to Japan

The Pentagon has clarified on a remark made by U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Donley on Friday that the CV-22 will be deployed to Japan.

The statement said the deployment of the “CV-22 to the Asia-Pacific region is years away and no construction has begun to support such a deployment.”
