An F-16C from Misawa, Japan crashed into the Pacific Ocean after the main fuel shutoff valve stop fuel from reaching the engine during the flight.
The warplane was heading to Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska for Red Flag when the incident happened on Jul. 22 last year.
