Debris from Chinese ASAT test hits Russian satellite

A small Russian spacecraft was knocked off track by a piece of space debris from a 2007 Chinese anti-satellite test.

Russia’s small Ball Lens In The Space (BLITS) retroreflector satellite was likely hit on Jan. 22, the Center for Space Standards & Innovation (CSSI) in Colorado Springs, Colorado said.
