The U.S. Central Command has ordered a probe into the Taliban attack on Camp Bastion, Afghanistan last year.
Maj. Gen. Charles M. Gurganus, the top commander in southwestern Afghanistan at the time, is being investigated whether he and other members of his staff bear responsibility for security lapses at the base.
