North Korea approached British arms dealer to sell ICBM

Jailed British arms dealer Michael Ranger told a UN team that he had been approached by North Korean middlemen to broker sales of an intercontinental ballistic missile.

Ranger said representatives of North Korean company, Hesong Trading Corp, meet him several times and told him each missile cost more than $100 million each and the minimum order is three missiles.
