Raytheon, ATK counter sue each other over AIM-120 motors
Raytheon on Jul. 30 sue ATK for failing to deliver rocket motors for the AIM-120 under contract, the next day, ATK filed a federal lawsuit claiming damages from Raytheon for canceling the rocket motor orders.
