Almaz-Antey Corporation’s CEO Vladislav Menshchikov said the S-300 air defense missile systems that were manufactured for Iran have been scrapped as Moscow refused to approve the delivery.
“We have dismantled it completely. Some elements, which could be used, have been used. Some have been scrapped.”
