For the first time during Exercise Operation Rising Thunder, Japanese and U.S. Apaches have carried out joint live-firing of AGM-114 Hellfire missiles.
A total of four Hellfire missiles were fired at Yakima Training Center, Washington. The Japanese Apaches would laze the target for the American Apaches.
