USS Theodore Roosevelt will not be going out to sea anytime soon as the U.S. Navy has decided to fix problems with the ship’s propulsion systems at Norfolk Naval Station.
A spokesman said the maintenance has nothing to do with the ship’s recent four-year midlife overhaul.
