An inquest into the death of a Red Arrows pilot was told that Flt Lt Sean Cunningham may have taken medication that play a part in his death.
Cunningham was doing pre-flight safety checks on the ground in his Hawk T1 when the ejection seat fired.
His parachute did not deploy and a post-mortem examination found Cunningham died from multiple injuries.
