DA-20 from U.S. Air Force Academy crashed

A DA-20 operated by the U.S. Air Force Academy for pilot screening crashed at Fort Carson’s Butts Army Airfield on Jan. 29.

Two people on board were injured.

  1. This article is incorrect. IFS is not in anyway run or affiliated with the U.S Air Force Academy. The program is overseen by the Air Force, but run by contractors. The plane is likely owned by Doss Aviation, and the crew was likely one USAF student and one Doss instructor.
