Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd. (IAI) and Elbit Systems have been banned by the Israeli Ministry of Defence from export UAVs to Poland.
Quarrels between both companies over the competition forced Poland’s Deputy Minister of Defense General Waldemar Skrzypczak to resigned. Complains by IAI over Skrzypczak’s preference for Elbit Systems’ Hermes 450 UAV reached the Polish media, causing a storm.
