B-1, F-16 fleet could be retired if A-10 is retained
U.S. Air Force officials warned Congress that unless additional funding is approved or either the A-10 fleet is retired, the Air Force could be forced to retire the entire B-1 fleet or 350 F-16s instead to achieve savings.
