Sikorsky will pay $3.5 million to settle claims that it overcharged the Pentagon for Black Hawk helicopter spare parts.
The U.S. government said Sikorsky failed to notify that the prices for some parts had decrease from February 2008 to September 2011. The Army ended up paying a higher price for those parts.
