A Japanese court ruled that the Japan Self Defense Force must stop flights at Atsugi air base from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily unless the flight is absolutely necessary.
Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera said in a statement that his ministry cannot accept part of the ruling.
