Four French Air Force Rafale fighters along with a supporting KC-135 have arrived at Jodhpur air base in India for the upcoming exercise Garuda-5.

President of Finland confirmed Air Force couldn’t respond to Russia airspace incursion

Finland’s President Sauli Niinistö confirmed that the Air Force was not able to scramble aircraft to intercept two Russian planes on May 20.

Canada tried to buy C-27Js from U.S.

The first time the People’s Liberation Army Air Force carried out a landing and take-off exercise from a highway was back in September 1989. The exercise involved a Il-14 and J-7s. It was carried out on a stretch of the Shenyang–Dalian Expressway. So far, the PLA has more than 10 such runways spread out in Liaoning, Shandong and Fujian provinces.
