BAE Systems has begun to upgrade the first two of 134 RoKAF F-16s. Modification work is being carried out at Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas.

AN/ASQ-236 AESA SAR pod tested on B-52
A B-52 assigned to the 307th Bomb Wing was used to test the AN/ASQ-236 AESA synthetic aperture radar pod on Apr. 21. Previously only the F-15E is cleared to carry the pod.

Iraqi helicopter crashes during airborne assault on Tikrit
