Environment and human error to be blamed for first AH-64E crash

Taiwanese authorities determined that environmental factors and human error contributed to the crash of a AH-64E in April.

The task force that investigate the incident ruled out mechanical failure. Both pilots involved in the accident are receiving counseling and will return to flight after passing tests.
