The process of decommissioning aircraft carrier USS Saratoga has been put on hold after a family of peregrine falcons were found nesting under an aircraft elevator.
Fish and Wildlife Service officials told the U.S. Navy that its best to leave the birds undisturbed and they should have finish raising their young by mid-August.
