Russian surveillance plane and two fighters circle HMCS Toronto in Black Sea

A Canadian warship patrolling in the Black Sea was buzzed by three Russian military aircraft on Sept. 8.

News reports coming out of Canada said one surveillance plane and two fighter jets circled HMCS Toronto.
