A Turkish F-16 was beaten up by three Kuwaiti Embassy officials on Sept. 10.
Lt. Col. Hakan Karakuş, who is also the the son-in-law of Air Forces Commander Gen. Akın Öztürk, was driving his wife and infant to a healthcare center when the diplomats’ car turned sharply in front of Karakuş’s car. Both parties got into a quarrel which escalated into a fight.
