The People’s Liberation Army Air Force is making changes to its pilot selection process, Lieutenant Colonel Xiao Dong, deputy head of the PLAAF’s pilot recruitment bureau, said at a news conference in Zhuhai.
Psychological tests will be modified to be performed individually instead of a group environment. Applicants will also have to undergo a flight simulation test.
