Raytheon GPS ground system under review after cost hike

The Pentagon has ordered a review into the GPS Operational Control System (OCX) by Raytheon after cost soared.

The U.S. Air Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center awarded Raytheon a contract in February 2010 to develop a new ground control system for GPS satellites.
